Introduction

These terms ("Terms of Service") outline 67HA app ("The App") features and your permitted use of the app.

Age Requirement or Permission

You must agree that you are over the age of 13 to comply with these terms, or have permission from your parent or guardian to use The App.

Child Safety Standard

The App takes every effort to avoid CSAE content, and has very particular processes in place to prevent CSAE content. Among the ability for users to report innapropiate content, moderation in conducted upon you posting any content to The App and your account will be suspended if you violate these Terms of Service. We address each and every report of any CSAE and CSAM seriously and comply with child safety laws to the maximum extent possible to ensure a safe environment for all of our users of The App.

Unsuitable Content

Any content we deem innapropiate or unsuitable to the atmosphere of The App will not be posted or could be removed at any time.

Content Retention

All content is retained for a maximum of 90 days, and after that there is no further action required by a user to request any of their data be removed. This timeframe may be shorter, but at maximum user generated content is not retained longer than 90 days. All other data is stored in accordance with privacy laws and regulations, and after your non use of the app after a period of no more than 90 days, your data may be completely removed from The App.
